9am-10am, Therapeutic Yoga 1
10:30am-11:30am, Therapeutic Yoga 2

THURSDAY
5pm-6pm, Therapeutic Yoga 2

SATURDAY
10:30am-11:30am, Therapeutic Yoga 1

Class Descriptions

Group classes (except for “Yoga for a Mission”) are held in 6-week series and limited to 10 participants.

Please make sure you’re on my email list (scroll down to the bottom of this page) to be notified when class registration opens seasonally. You can drop in to “Yoga for a Mission” at any time.

  • Therapeutic Yoga 1 is a 6-week class that supports healing and longevity with gentle yoga poses, breath techniques, and guided relaxation to regulate the nervous system.

    Improve your body’s movement patterns, get stronger and more flexible, relieve chronic tension and stress, and leave feeling renewed and refreshed.

    *This class is for all levels and all bodies. There is no judgement and no balance or flexibility requirements. Injuries, surgeries, lack of mobility, stress, tired minds and bodies are ALL welcome.

    This class is currently offered on Tuesday mornings at 9:00am and Saturday mornings at 10:30am. Registration required.

  • The “Level 2” version of our Therapeutic Yoga class with a progressive approach.

    In this 6-week class, we’ll continue moving through gentle yoga poses, breath techniques, and guided relaxation to balance the nervous system, and we’ll add more of a focus on building strength, stability, and balance in the body.

    *Note: You must be approved to register for this class. If you haven’t taken a class with Mikah before, please reach out to schedule a private yoga assessment before joining or begin with Therapeutic Yoga 1.

    This class is currently offered on Tuesday mornings at 10:30am and Thursday evenings at 5:00pm.

  • A yoga class for everyone!

    This class is FREE with a nonperishable donation for Mission Granbury's Food Pantry!

    Yoga for a Mission is a blend of gentle movement, yoga postures, breathing, and mindfulness techniques that support healing of your mind and body.

    *There will be very little getting up and down off the ground in this class. Chairs are available for support and we’ll use them as props sometimes, too. All ages, all physical abilities, and all levels are welcome; modifications will be offered to meet you where you are.
